Priti Rawat, a bright student from SE COMPS secured 3rd rank with 82% in the 3rd semester. She gladly obliged to give us tips, on how to study. Here they are in her own words. We'd like to thank Priti and wish her best of luck in her up coming future.
Hello friends,
Engineering life is about completion of assignments & journals & exams. Accept it or not, every student tries to score good in exmas. This leads to pressure and tension building up in students' mind. Here are few tips which can be followed to get a better score:-
1. Do not study at a stretch for many hours. Take short breaks after regular intervals.
2. Anything which is heard is remembered better than what has been read. (All movie songs are a proof of this statement). Therefore try to pay attention during lectures. Learning the same stuff from the book becomes easier.
3. Divide the subject into parts. During the term test, read everything in the test syllabus, then during the P.L. read the topics which you have not covered before. In the days before the exam, revise everything and try not to learn anything new during that time.
4. Do your best in every paper. Try not to fail, as getting a K.T. only hinders in the preparation of another subject.
These tips are just a suggestion. You can study in whichever way is comfortable for you. Hope, that these suggestions will help you.
All the Best.
